Oil analysis (OA) is the analysis of a lubricant's properties, suspended contaminants, and wear debris. OA is performed during routine predictive maintenance to provide meaningful and accurate information on lubricant and machine condition. By tracking oil analysis sample results over the life of a particular machine, trends can be established which can help eliminate costly repairs.
Infrared thermography is the science of detecting infrared energy emitted from an object, converting it to apparent temperature, and displaying the result as an infrared image. Literally, infrared thermography means "beyond red" (infrared) "temperature picture" (thermography).
Flow measurement is done using ultrasonic portable clamp measuring device. Measurements can be done to any pipe diameters with liquid / gas running inside.
